Privacy protection is fundamental for Cizeta Surgical Srl.
Cizeta Surgical srl is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of its users' personal data, to which the following information statement is dedicated, in accordance with the EU personal data protection Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "Regulation").

Legal basis for processing
Personal data disclosed by users via this website and connected services are processed exclusively with the purpose of elaborating requests and providing a due reply.

Type od data processed and purposes of processing
1) Browsing data
During normal operation, IT systems and software procedures used to power this website acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols
This data category includes IP addresses, or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, URIs/URLs (Uniform Resource Identifiers/Locators) of the resources requested, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response provided by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the users' information environment.
Such data is necessary for the use of website services and is also processed with the purpose of:
a) obtaining statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors according to time or day, geographical area of provenance, etc.);
b) checking the correct operation of services offered.
Browsing data does not persist for more than seven days and is cancelled immediately after aggregation (except for when Judicial Authorities need to determine criminal offence).
2) Data disclosed by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to contact addresses specified on this website, as well as the filling in and forwarding of any forms present therein, results in the acquisition of the sender's contact details, as well as all personal data included in communications.
3) Cookies and other tracing systems
Cookies, or any other tracing methods are not used to profile users. The use of Session Cookie (non-persistent) is strictly limited to requirements for safe and efficient website browsing. The memorisation of session cookies in terminals or browsers is subject to user control, whenever server-based. At the end of HTTP sessions, information regarding cookies remains recorded in service logs, with a conservation period no longer than seven days, as for other browsing data.

Recipients of data
The following subjects of categories of subjects are recipients of data collected after consultation of this website and the use of connected services:
1) personnel employed by data controllers, acting according to specific instructions imparted by said controllers;
2) ZETA99 snc di Marco Dian & C. based in Via del Borgo di San Pietro no. 52, 40126 Bologna, as a supplier of development and maintenance services for this website, designed pursuant to article 28 of the Regulation, in its capacity as data supervisor.
3) Other companies which, based on requests from users, participate in the supply of services rendered by Cizeta Surgical srl, in their capacity as data controllers or supervisors. Users can request identification data of said companies at any time, according to procedures described in paragraph 5 here below.

User’s rights
Users can contact data controllers at any time to exercise their rights as set forth in articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation, by writing to privacy@cizetasurgical.it, or by sending a fax to 051.6278572. Specifically, the user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of own personal data, access to said data to check its correctness, request its integration, updating, amendment or oppose processing in full or in part, by requesting the deletion or blocking of said data, at any time.The user also has the right to submit complaints to the Personal Data Protection Authority if they believe that their data has been processed in violation of statutory provisions.
